Workshops

Live Better For Yourself Workshops are meant to teach you how to be your happiest and most confident self, engage with new people in a judgement free environment, get out of your comfort zone, and have fun in a way you don’t often get to.

Each workshop focuses on 4 of the 12 Steps to Self-Confidence. They are broken up into three separate workshops:

Workshop 1: Future

  1. Physical health

  2. Self reflection/downtime/relaxation

  3. Goals/Ambitions

  4. Daily habits

Workshop 2: Present

  1. Hobbies/skills/passions

  2. Find a role model

  3. Find your tribe/group/people/friends

  4. Educate yourself

Workshop 3: Past

  1. Social Skills 

  2. Emotional Intelligence

  3. Self-awareness & what makes you, you

    “It’s a way to learn more about yourself and explore steps to becoming a more complete and healthy person, while also meeting new people.”

    “My biggest take away was that even though we are all different people and go through different things, we can all look deeper into ourselves and find ways to keep bettering ourselves and create a happier life for us and the people around us.”

    “If you want to grow as a person, understand others better, and see real ways/thought patters/ habits to change your life then this is where you NEED to be.”

    “I would tell them that I believe it can be beneficial for meeting new people who want to change their lives for the better. I would also suggest it to people who genuinely want to get their life together and find out their true purpose on this planet. I would tell them it’s also a fun, inviting environment.”

    “I enjoyed the topics and how they were explained. I felt like the activities related really well with the topics and were easy to discuss with others. I thought that the small group was helpful to be able to express myself and to be able to understand others.”

  • Workshops are on Saturdays from 11am - 3pm

  • All ages!

    Workshops are open to all ages, some will specify certain age brackets for more targeted topics of discussion.

    Make sure to look at the age range before signing up.

  • Retreat durations are determined based on location and transportation needs.

    Typical retreats will start Saturday morning and conclude Sunday afternoon.

Live Better For Yourself Retreats are meant to empower you through deep introspection, impactful community building, and a deep dive into the 12 Steps to Self-Confidence.

Not only will you learn more about yourself than you thought possible, but you’ll have the chance to make lifelong friendships.

Retreat locations are TBD depending on group size, availability, and pricing.
